​Finding out if we can work together is important, so I offer a free initial session at a pre-arranged time which lasts for 20 minutes. This takes place by telephone or video call. Contact details are the bottom of this page.

If we agree to continue with counselling, we arrange a series of regular 50 minute sessions. Each sessions costs £50 and is payable by bank transfer no later than 24 hours prior to your arranged session.

I practice either by telephone, on-line, or encrypted video call in the UK.

In-person counselling can be arranged to take place in Teignmouth, Devon where I am based.​
